Returns & Refunds

All of our products are made to order especially for you. Because each item is produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, or changing your mind.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will review your request and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
